San ANTONIO, TEXAS.- The 5-year-old Ecuadorian boy who was detained along with his father on January 20 in Minneapolis, Minnesota, by Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) has returned to home.

After being released this Saturday. By order of a federal judge at the detention center in Texas, where they were being held, Democratic Congressman JOAQUIN CASTRO reported.

The child and his father, asylum seekers in the United States with a pending case, were detained. The child was returning from preschool and his father was at the entrance to their home.
