San ANTONIO, TEXAS.-Work between Moscow and Washington on the Ukrainian conflict must be done privately to achieve results, said Kremlin spokesman DMITRI PESKOV.

Russia considers that it is not useful to discuss the details of the negotiations between Russia and the U.S., on Ukraine outside of the general context, declared the Kremlin official, making clear how to proceed.

According to the spokesman, Moscow remains ready to resolve the conflict by political and diplomatic means, but reciprocity is needed from Ukraine. In addition, he recalled that the Ukrainian crisis is complex and was not provoked by Russia.
