SAN DIEGO, CALIFORNIA.-Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman MARIA ZAKHAROVA responded to statements made by the High Representative of the European Union (EU) for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy, KAJA KALLAS, who said that “Russia has attacked more than 19 countries” in the last 100 years.
