SAN DIEGO, CALIFORNIA.- DMITRI MEDVEDEV, former president of Russia and current deputy chairman of the country’s Security Council, sent a New Year’s message to the leader of the Kiev regime, VOLODIMIR ZELENSKI, in his review of the year.
