San ANTONIO, TEXAS.-RICHARD AXEL, winner of the Nobel Prize in Medicine, in 2004. The figures demanding the former president’s public statement called attention to the fact that practices such as child sexual abuse and human trafficking “persist due to social indifference and lack of public scrutiny.
