SAN ANTONIO,TEXAS.- In his first speech as President of the United States, JOSEPH R. BIDEN Jr. outlined the general lines that he will print in his administration, in the midst of major national problems (Pandemic, Racism, Economic Crisis and others) as per to analysts. Let’s see.
