The above points of view are revealed by teachers that working in H. Matamoros, Tamaulipas. In an interview with THE UNIVERSE News and EL UNIVERSO, after they were asked: How do you see the fate of the CABEZA DE VACA Brotherhood in the SNTE, now that they have lost?.
We thank to The UNIVERSE News and EL UNIVERSO for their anonymity, because the GARCIA CABEZA DE VACA brotherhood is one of the worst. Besides, they are capable of anything to stay in the government, and in the SNTE. Follows the conversation, with them:
“…We are falling short, with the denunciations. There are a lot of corruption and theft committed by RIGOBERTO GUEVARA VAZQUEZ, from the top. They are natural candidates to be enlisted in the FIU (UIF) of PABLO GOMEZ, to see how they became rich.”
“…For teachers in Tamaulipas, RIGO does not have two faces, but a thousand faces. Because, he says one thing and does another. Although the most surprising thing is that after the teacher ALFONSO CEPEDA helped him to become a leader in the SNTE. He paid him badly.”

“…RIGO tried to form covertly expose at the national leader of the SNTE, Mr. CEPEDA, before the teachers’ of the country, and also, before President OBRADOR, making that TRUKO VERASTEGUI, and the PAN win. However, RIGO did not work.”
“…He orchestrated for MORENA,( President’s Party) to lose the Government of Tamaulipas. He offered TRUKO VERASTEGUI, the vote of 60 thousand teachers. Those who abandoned RIGO and TRUKO. A Pair that today suffered the worst defeat for the PAN.”
“…Since June 5th, the Secretary of Education, MARIO GOMEZ MONROY, RIGO’s partner, and accomplice, is heartbroken. The only thing that comforts to MARIO that is being a fundamental part of CABEZA DE VACA’s brotherhood. He missed the mark with the teachers’ votes.”
