Houston, TEXAS.- In 1910-1920, Mexico was convulsed by an armed movement. Which claimed hundreds of thousands of lives. It sought to ensure that there was justice for the people, without achieving it, in the opinion of some historians.
In the Mexican Revolution, the generals: FRANCISCO VILLA and EMILIANO ZAPATA gave their lives, so that millions of Mexicans would have justice. An Ideal that was denied: to the peasants, workers and the thirsty people, for that social right according to ADOLFO GILLY.
GILLY presents several relevant events in the History of Mexico, in his book: “LA REVOLUCION INTERRUMPIDA” First Edition in Spanish (July 1971). He comments that: It was a Peasant War for land and power.
He explains: “The materials for this book were collected and studied, and its text prepared and written. In the course of five years in prison, from 1966 to 1970.”
“Imprisoned since April 1966, together with my comrades OSCAR FERNANDEZ BRUNO, and TERESA CONFRETA DE FERNANDEZ, as militants of the Fourth International.”
“We are -today the oldest- among the current political prisoners of Mexico. Many of the ideas in this book -although not its writing, nor its final version, which are solely my responsibility- were discussed with my comrades in prison. (Lecumberri Prison, Mexico,City.)”.
Since 1521, The Conquest of Mexico, The Colony:1521-1821, The Independence: 1810-1821, The Iturbide’s Empire, The Reform:1822-1876), The Porfiriato:1876-1910, The Revolution 1910-1920, and The Contemporary Era: 1929-2018, Justice is just a big myth, a great farce, experts say.
Nowadays, in 2023, in times of the 4T headed by Mr. OBRADOR. Still, Justice for the people do not exist, because the Court (SCJN) lives defending Corrupts, White Collar Criminals, and members of Organized Crime, their critics estimate.
On a recurring way, President ANDRES MANUEL LOPEZ OBRADOR from the National Palace rostrum in Mexico City denounces the corruption that prevails in the Court (SCNJ) and in general the Judiciary of Mexico, in 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022 and 2023.
At a press conference at the National Palace several days ago, President OBRADOR pointed out that judges, magistrates and ministers “feel untouchable” on the pretext of PJ autonomy. However, he emphasized that this position “is corruption and impunity, and should not be allowed.”
For the Mexican President, the reform of that power must be based on three topics: that the members of the PJ be elected by popular vote; reaffirm the function of the Federal Judicial Council so that it truly punishes judges, magistrates and ministers who act without adherence to the law and reduce the “offensive” salaries of these public servants.
Members of the Judiciary are repeatedly releasing people detained in flagrant delict. A few hours ago, in a conference, the Undersecretary of Public Security, LUIS RODRIGUEZ BUCIO, denounced two cases of judges favoring criminals arrested with drugs and fuel on the high seas.
On November 2, 2022, the Secretary of the Navy detained four people -three Mexicans and one Guatemalan- 237 nautical miles south of Huatulco, Oaxaca, in an unregistered vessel, without a name and without a visible flag, and seized 600 kilos of cocaine from them.
And although the arrest was made with full powers, General RODRIGUEZ BUCIO detailed that “four days later, Judge ALVARO NUÑO CRUZ, from San Bartolo Coyotepec, dismissed the procedure by classifying the arrest as illegal”.
In denouncing this fact, the undersecretary detailed that Judge CRUZ freed the criminals by considering that the detention was carried out outside the exclusive economic zone. Therefore, the judge ordered the immediate release of the three detainees.
The Federal Government exhibited the minister president of the Supreme Court of Justice of the Nation (SCJN), NORMA PIÑA, within the “Zero impunity” section, as part of the list of “judges who favor to the criminals.”
“We have the case of Minister NORMA PIÑA but in her capacity as president of the Federal Judicial Council (CJF) and magistrate MARIA GABRIELA ROLON, Executive Secretary for Discipline of the CJF,” reported the Under Secretary for Public Security, LUIS RODRIGUEZ BUCIO.
“An Emblematic Case that still has national repercussions. Where the Court exhibited the -monstrous- corruption is that of FRANCISCO GARCIA CABEZA DE VACA, former Governor of Tamaulipas of the PAN. Who insists on registering as a PAN presidential candidate by 2024”.
“Two of his protectors from CABEZA DE VACA: Ministers ARTURO ZALDIVAR and JUAN LUIS GONZALEZ ALCANTARA, twisting the federal Constitution, favored to the pupil of FELIPE CALDERON, and partner of GENARO GARCIA LUNA, imprisoned in New York, for drug trafficking.”
“Minister ALCÁNTARA passed through the triumphal arch the -constitution that governs the Trial of Origin that was executed against CABEZA DE VACA, in the Chamber of Deputies. Which is unassailable according to article 111. Despising legislators from MORENA and PT.”
“Not even 24 hours had passed. When the Government of JOE BIDEN exhorted its citizens not to visit Tamaulipas and other states, due to the violence. There is an “armed attack” on the civilian population, with deaths: 15 innocent people, in Reynosa.”
“The Hitmen -according to witnesses- shot at everything that moved. In the neighborhoods: Bienestar, Almaguer, Fidel Velazquez, Lampacitos and Unidad Obrera. They acted like it was: a war. ‘Worse’ than I know -develops- in Syria.”Residents from Reynosa remember the above and add:
“…Given the ‘omission’ of CABEZA DE VACA, Reynosa has become a violent city. What -not- the population deserves. While the minister JUAN LUIS GONZÁLEZ ALCÁNTARA CARRANCÁ ‘defoliates the daisy’ to define the Case of CABEZA DE VACA.”
“…What caused that the Senator RICARDO MONREAL to allude to the events in Reynosa. In which 15 people were killed by an armed group. He said: “Tamaulipas is burning. And -he blamed- the SCJN for that climate of violence, for not addressing the issue of CABEZA DE VACA.”
“…How many more “deaths of innocents” -must there be- in Tamaulipas, for Minister GONZALEZ ALCANTARA CARRANCA, and the Court itself: to define whether or not FRANCISCO GARCIA CABEZA DE VACA has jurisdiction? That is -question- popular, in Tamaulipas.”
“He never cared about the lives of innocent citizens in Tamaulipas. They, the Court complied with CABEZA, kept him as Governor for more than two years. Without repairing the crimes that the FGR accuses him of. Today the Court promotes to CDV, as a presidential candidate of the PAN.”
Before millions of Mexicans appear: NORMA PIÑA, ARTURO ZALDIVAR and the rest of the ministers of the Court (SCJN) as number one enemies of the Mexican people. Due to the lacerating corruption that overwhelms to the Court that damages to the country, citizens in Mexico think.
