San Antonio, TEXAS.-Russian Foreign Minister SERGUEI LAVROV said in an interview with Iranian broadcaster IRIB on Monday that the European Union’s (EU) freezing of assets belonging to third countries. Including Russia, shows that “Europeans carry theft in the blood.”

The foreign minister indicated that disagreements arose within the EU bloc over whether “Russian money can be stolen” and whether “sensible voices are being heard,” which Brussels is nevertheless attempting to silence.
