San Antonio, TEXAS.- U.S. President DONALD TRUMP has spoken out, following the death of NEMESIO OSEGUERA CERVANTES, alias ‘El Mencho’. The leader of the powerful Jalisco New Generation Cartel (CJNG) was killed in an operation by Mexican security forces.
