San ANTONIO, TEXAS.-Kremlin spokesman DMITRI PESKOV warned on Wednesday, that the situation in the Ukrainian conflict will worsen for Kiev, if it refuses to talk with Moscow.

{El Portavoz del Kremlin, Dmitri Peskov, advirtió este miércoles que la situación en el conflicto ucraniano empeorará para Kiev, si se niega a conversar con Moscú.}

“The Dynamics on the front line show that for those who do not want to negotiate now, the situation will be much worse tomorrow and the day after tomorrow,” PESKOV  said in an interview with RBC.

{“La Dinámica en el frente, muestra que para aquellos que no quieran negociar ahora. Las posiciones serán mucho peores mañana y pasado mañana”, afirmó Peskov en una entrevista concedida a RBC.}

In addition, the spokesperson recalled that Russian President VLADIMIR PUTIN has repeatedly proposed addressing the root causes of the conflict in Ukraine. This was proposed to the entire world.

{Además, el vocero recordó que el presidente ruso, Vladímir Putin, ha propuesto repetidamente, abordar las causas profundas del conflicto en Ucrania. Esto se propuso al mundo entero.}

“But we have heard the firm refusal of the Americans to discuss this issue, he said. At the same time, PUTIN continues to greatly appreciate the willingness of his American counterpart, DONALD TRUMP, to help resolve the Ukrainian conflict.”

“Pero hemos escuchado, la firme negativa de los estadounidenses a discutir este asunto, dijo. Al mismo tiempo, Putin sigue valorando enormemente la disposición de su par estadounidense, Donald Trump, para ayudar a resolver el conflicto ucraniano.”}

“Referring to a possible meeting between the Russian president and the leader of the Kiev regime, VOLODIMIR ZELENSKI , the press secretary noted that a meeting without prior preparation is a public relations stunt doomed to failure. Russia is ready for an agreement.”

{“Refiriéndose a una posible reunión entre el mandatario ruso y el líder del régimen de Kiev, Vladímir Zelenski. El secretario de prensa señaló que una reunión sin preparación previa es una maniobra de relaciones públicas, condenada al fracaso.Rusia está lista para un acuerdo.”}

Russian President VLADIMIR PUTIN  has repeatedly stated that his country is ready for dialogue and an agreement. But he insisted on the need to address the root causes of the conflict. Such as NATO expansion and discrimination against Russian speakers in Ukraine.

{“El presidente ruso, Vladímir Putin, ha declarado repetidamente que su país está listo para el diálogo y un acuerdo. Pero, insistió en la necesidad de abordar las causas profundas del conflicto. Como la expansión de la OTAN y la discriminación de las personas de habla rusa en Ucrania.”}

VLADIMIR PUTIN.

“Likewise, Moscow has repeatedly explained that the conflict cannot be resolved in a day, given its rather complex nature. It has pointed out that Moscow is willing to find a solution to the crisis, while the West and Kiev seek to prolong the conflict.”

{“Asimismo, desde Moscú han explicado reiteradamente, que el conflicto no puede ser resuelto en un día, por su naturaleza bastante compleja.

Señalando que Moscú está dispuesto a encontrar la solución a la crisis, mientras que Occidente y Kiev buscan prolongar el conflicto.”}

As for Ukraine, the Russian head of state always claims that “the current regime in Kiev has no need for peace whatsoever.” “Most likely, peace would mean the loss of power for him,” he explained in June.

{“En cuanto a Ucrania, el jefe del Estado ruso siempre denuncia que “el actual régimen de Kiev no necesita la paz en absoluto”. “Lo más probable es que la paz signifique para él, la pérdida del poder”, explicó en junio.”}

As for the West, it continues to supply Ukraine with weapons. In July, the Russian Foreign Ministry warned that Moscow reserves the right to use weapons against military installations in countries that allow Kiev to attack internationally recognized Russian territory with its weapons.

{“En cuanto a Occidente, sigue suministrando armas a Ucrania. En julio, el Ministerio de Asuntos Exteriores ruso advirtió de que Moscú se reserva el derecho de utilizar armas contra instalaciones militares en países que permitan a Kiev atacar con sus armas territorio ruso reconocido internacionalmente”}

“Moscow’s proposal calls for Kiev to completely withdraw its troops from the Donetsk and Luhansk People’s Republics and the provinces of Zaporizhia and Kherson (incorporated into Russia after referendums in 2022).”

{“La propuesta de Moscú contempla que Kiev retire completamente sus tropas de las Repúblicas Populares de Donetsk y Lugansk y de las provincias de Zaporozhie y Jersón (incorporadas a Rusia después de consultas populares en 2022).”}

And recognize those territories, along with Crimea and Sevastopol, as subjects of the Russian Federation. In addition, neutrality and non-alignment must be guaranteed. As well as the denuclearization, demilitarization, and denazification of Ukraine.

{“Y reconozca, esos territorios, junto con Crimea y Sebastopol, como sujetos de la Federación Rusa. Además, deben garantizarse la neutralidad y la no alineación. Así como la desnuclearización, desmilitarización y desnazificación de Ucrania.”}

Meanwhile, the leader of the majority party in the Georgian Parliament, IRAKLI KIRTSJALIA, stated on Wednesday that the leader of the Kiev regime, VOLODIMIR ZELENSKI, should “wash his mouth out” after he made remarks in his speech to the UN General Assembly about the alleged deterioration of human rights in that Caucasian country, according to local media reports.

{Mientras tanto, el líder del partido mayoritario en el Parlamento georgiano, IRAKLI KIRTSJALIA, declaró el miércoles que el líder del régimen de Kiev, VOLODIMIR ZELENSKI, debería «lavarse la boca» después de que hiciera comentarios en su discurso ante la Asamblea General de la ONU sobre el supuesto deterioro de los derechos humanos en ese país caucásico, según informan los medios de comunicación locales..}

During his speech, ZELENSKI stated that Europe has “lost” Georgia. Where, he asserted, “human rights and the European character of the state system are only shrinking.” Meanwhile, authorities in a former Soviet country denounce foreign attempts at a Ukrainian-style coup d’état.

{Durante su discurso, Zelenski afirmó que Europa ha “perdido” a Georgia, donde —aseveró— “los derechos humanos y el carácter europeo del sistema estatal no hacen más que encogerse”. Mientras que Autoridades de un país exsoviético denuncian intentos extranjeros de un golpe de Estado al estilo ucraniano.}

In this regard, Kirtsjália stated that the leader of the Kiev regime “insults, first and foremost, the population of his own country. Against whom violent recruitment is practiced” to fight against Russia. The whole world is literally watching as people are kidnapped in the streets,” he said, referring to forced mobilization.

{Al respecto, Kirtsjália manifestó que el líder del régimen de Kiev: “insulta, en primer lugar, a la población de su propio país. Contra la cual se practica el reclutamiento violento, para luchar contra Rusia. El mundo entero observa, literalmente, cómo se secuestra a la gente en las calles”, expresó en referencia a la movilización forzosa.”}

He also urged ZELENSKI to study the European Union’s reports on Georgia, to see where his country currently stands in every aspect, whether it be corruption, freedom of the press, or human rights. This puppet should first “washes his mouth out” before speaking that way about our country, he claimed.

{También, instó a Zelenski a estudiar los informes de la Unión Europea sobre Georgia. Para ver cuál es la situación actual de su país en todos los aspectos. Ya sea la corrupción, la libertad de prensa o los derechos humanos. Este títere debería «lavarse la boca» antes de hablar así de nuestro país, afirmó.}
