SAN ANTONIO, TEXAS.-More than 36 years of plundering Mexico are not enough for the PRI, and the PAN. Even today, these political parties continue in the same criminal dynamic against the people, as perceived by millions of citizens.
Thousands of larcenies committed by former Presidents CARLOS SALINAS(PRI) ERNESTO ZEDILLO (PRI), VICENTE FOX (PAN), FELIPE CALDERON (PAN) and ENRIQUE PEÑA NIETO (PRI). But they enjoy total impunity, despite the damage done to the nation, as attest to their critics.
Now, the enormous damage to Mexico has been consummated. The obligatory question: When will there be an exemplary punishment for those who destroyed the country, with absolute cynicism, and total disregard for the people?.The answer is not forthcoming, think in Mexico.
Just a few days ago, the Undersecretary of Human Rights, Population and Migration of the Ministry of the Interior, ALEJANDRO ENCINAS, admitted that Mexico is facing a humanitarian crisis, due to the disappearance of people.
Before the group of experts of the United Nations Committee on Enforced Disappearances, Mr. ENCINAS said that this is “the most painful legacy” that the current government faces as a result of the dirty war and “the misnamed war against drug trafficking”.
In his speech, ALEJANDRO ENCINAS acknowledged that until before 2018, the Mexican State abdicated its responsibilities regarding disappearances, and left the search for missing persons to family members.
He added that the phenomenon had a very particular dimension during the period of the so-called dirty war. Subsequently, during the stage of “the misnamed war against drug trafficking”. This began in 2006, and the disappearance of private individuals emerged as a result of the corruption of police forces linked to organized crime.
A Case that struck several ‘fibers more sensible’ in various sectors, around the world, was that of MIRIAM ELIZABETH RODRIGUEZ MARTINEZ. A citizen of the municipality of San Fernando, Tamaulipas, whose ordeal began when organized crime kidnapped her daughter, and killed her.
On May 12, 2017, The New York Times report : “Gunmen Kill Mexican Activist for Parents of Missing Children”. The victim, MIRIAM ELIZABETH RODRIGUEZ MARTINEZ, became an advocate after her own daughter was kidnapped in 2012, and killed.
At the recent Cannes Film Festival 2021, the Mexican film, whose original title in Spanish is LA CIVIL, received a standing ovation. It was inspired by the tragic life of the citizen of Tamaulipas: MIRIAM ELIZABETH RODRIGUEZ MARTINEZ.
Story of MIRIAM, a mother whose teenage daughter is kidnapped in Tamaulipas, Mexico. When the authorities offer no support in the search, Ms. RODRIGUEZ takes matters into her own hands, and transforms from housewife into a justifier militant.That is the theme of LA CIVIL.
Mexican activist MIRIAM ELIZABETH RODRIGUEZ MARTINEZ was murdered on Mother’s Day 2017 at the hands of a commando, in her home. Victims of missing persons in the State of Tamaulipas were in mourning, on May 10, 2017.
Among members of collectives, who search for missing persons in the state. There are well-founded suspicions that the Governor, FRANCISCO GARCIA CABEZA DE VACA, had something to do with the crime of Ms. MIRIAM. That is why they fall on him. Since he never protected her.
