San ANTONIO, TEXAS.- Iran’s supreme leader, Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, said Wednesday that “the US must understand that Iran will not surrender. This is in the context of escalating tensions with Israel,” according to a televised message to the nation reported, by the Tasnim news agency.
{El líder supremo de Irán, el ayatolá Alí Jameneí, afirmó este miércoles que: “ EE.UU. debe entender que el país persa -no se- rendirá. En el marco de la escalada de tensiones, con Israel”. En un mensaje televisado dirigido a la nación, informa la agencia de noticias Tasnim.}
“The Americans should know that the Iranian nation, cannot surrender, and that any military intervention by them will undoubtedly cause irreversible damage,” he asserted, praising the steadfastness, and courage of the Iranian nation in the face of Israel’s recent “senseless and malicious invasion.”

In this regard, JAMENEÍ emphasized that the Islamic Republic will stand firm in the face of an imposed war or peace, asserting that the nation “will not surrender to anything imposed by anyone.”
