San ANTONIO, TEXAS.- On Tuesday, the Russian Ministry of Defense reported a possible provocation by Ukraine on the eve of the summit between Russian President VLADIMIR PUTIN and US President DONALD TRUMP, which will be held on August 15, in Alaska.

According to the agency, an “attack” is planned against a densely populated residential area in the Kharkiv region. They will attempt to blame the attack on the Russian Armed Forces in order to create “negative media coverage,” the ministry said.
