Kiev’s threats against Vladimir Medinsky, the head of the Russian delegation in the peace talks with Ukraine, and his family are “an outrageous situation,” Kremlin spokesman DMITRI PESKOV said on Thursday.

For its part, the Russian Investigative Committee announced today that the head of the agency, ALEXANDER BASTRYKIN, has ordered an investigation “into reports that the family of Russian presidential adviser VLADIMIR MEDINSKY, is receiving threats from Ukrainian radicals.”
