A Few days ago, President ANDRÉS MANUEL LÓPEZ OBRADOR and a U.S. delegation headed by JOHN KERRY met in Mexico, on Bacalán, Chiapas, on the border with Guatemala, to observe the Mexican program: Sowing Life (Sembrando Vida).
