San Antonio, TEXAS.- The ‘creation’ of a no-fly zone. And the possibility that NATO forces could shoot down Russian drones over Ukrainian territory, would mean a ‘war’ between the Alliance and Moscow, said Dmitry Medvedev, current deputy chairman of Russia’s Security Council.

“The implementation of the provocative idea of Kiev and other idiots.
