San ANTONIO, TEXAS.-On Monday, Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman MARIA ZAKHAROVA responded to comments made by Polish Foreign Minister RADOSLAW SIKORSKI, who admitted at an international conference in Kiev that “there are no volunteers to fight against Russia.”
