San Antonio, TEXAS.- Although, the PAN, PRI and PRD -acted- as: “cats with their ‘bellies’ up”. And -they could not- stop: the popular desire of millions of Mexicans, so that OBRADOR’s Plan C would ‘open the door’ for the “reforms” to become a reality, in 2024.

It was not a surprise. Nor legislative fast-tracking. The General Council of the National Electoral Institute (INE) approved the distribution of ‘plurinominal’ seats for deputies and senators. With which Morena and allied parties obtained the qualified majority, only in the Chamber of Deputies, and a simple majority, in the Senate.
The project was approved by the majority of votes cast, by councilors GUADALUPE TADDEI, NORMA DE LA CRUZ, RITA BELL LOPEZ , JORGE MONTAÑO, ARTURO CASTILLO, UUC-KIB ESPADAS, and CARLA HUMPHREY.
During the prolonged debate, the president of the council, GUADALUPE TADDEI, criticized the requests of the opposition parties, to reinterpret the formula established by law, to assign the seats and avoid overrepresentation, by Morena and allies.
“Article 54 of the Constitution specifies the bases to which this allocation will be subject. Including the 8% limit that applies to individual parties. It is unacceptable to place INE in a false dilemma, the Constitution is forceful and precise.”
“There is no dilemma. The constitutional rules are very clear. To ask INE today to apply this formula in another way is unthinkable; this General Council cannot deviate from the Constitution,” she pointed out.
“INE neither removes nor gives away deputations or senatorial seats. The only one that can do so is the citizenry with its vote. To even glimpse or even worse to assure that electoral rules can be no apply, weakens the construction of citizenship, and the Rule of Law”.
Thus, Morena, the Green Ecologist Party and the Labor Party obtained 364 seats out of the 500 available in the Chamber of Deputies and, with this figure, they already have a qualified majority to approve reforms.
After the General Council unanimously approved the draft agreement on the distribution of seats in the Senate of the Republic. Thus, in the Senate, Morena and its allies will have 83 seats out of the 128 available. With which it lacks three to reach the qualified majority.
The opposition block formed by the PAN, PRI, PRD and the party that gathered the disagreement of a sector of voters, Movement Citizen(MC), will keep the rest of the seats.
At the end of the discussion, the president councilor, GUADALUPE TADDEI offered a press conference in which, she defended the legality of the result of the session, and despite the discontent of the opposition parties, she affirmed that “INE remains good”.
With great “dark clouds” in the nation, in 2018, President ANDRES MANUEL LOPEZ OBRADOR took the reins of the Federal Government, with the purpose of bringing order. Especially, in the fight against the monstrous corruption.
Unfortunately for the presidential plans, he came up against a major dam that -still cannot be demolished. As it was and is the rotten Federal Judiciary, from 2018-2024. And it is time that the Federal Judiciary -leaves to do acts- against the people of Mexico.
Too many stumbles had President OBRADOR in his administration. In his eagerness to want to return the main functions of the Mexican state. To make justice available to any Mexican. Regardless of rank or social hierarchy.
He did not succeed. Then he sought a radical solution, to remove the root of the great national problem, so that the people could retake their leading role in deciding their political destiny. Among which is: the application of justice, without vices and without cheating.

With the simplicity that characterizes at the current Mexican President, he explained what PLAN C consists of. The fundamental argument is that the People, through their vote, will set the course of how to: clean and eradicate the -rotten- Federal Judicial Power.
First, that the voters gave the task to the Chamber of Deputies to solve, with MORENA and its allies, the approval of PLAN C having a Qualified Majority. As the constitution states, to make reforms, whose only interest is to benefit to the people.
In an overwhelming manner, the millions of Mexican voters on June 2, gave them confidence to the legislators of Morena, the Green Party and the PT to comply with the -popular mandate- to erase forever the -corrupt gentlemen- from the Federal Judicial Power.
As always, the PAN, PRI and PRD tried to find a way out. In order to violate the constitution and overthrow the qualified majority that the people gave to Morena and its allies. Preventing, according to them: that Plan C transcends to the facts. But, the judicial reform is going ahead.
Practically, the INE cleared the way and made official the triumph of MORENA and its allies, in the Chamber of Deputies and Senators. With this, it will determine who are: the Ministers, Magistrates and Judges who apply the laws impartially and free from petty, shady interests.
ANDRES MANUEL LOPEZ OBRADOR, who will pass the baton ‘to’ CLAUDIA SHEINBAUM PARDO, in the Presidency of the Republic, can be satisfied with the 4T. Because, the Great Mexican People gave examples of high politics, in electoral wisdom, in the last presidential election.
Instead, ALEJANDRO CARDENAS, ‘Alito’ of the PRI, MARKO CORTES of the PAN, XOCHITL GALVEZ, and their unofficial followers walk giving stick of blind, which leads them to their political burial.
Besides, they are totally lost in their efforts to deceive voters. Hopefully they will find: a compass to avoid their -political myopia- that they have been suffering from for decades: 36 years, nothing more.
