Russian President VLADIMIR PUTIN, clearly and unequivocally expressed his readiness to resume negotiations with Ukraine without preconditions, Kremlin spokesman DMITRI PESKOV, reiterated at a press conference.

This stance shown by PUTIN, found the understanding, and support of the leaders of many states, who saw the substance and form of the Kremlin’s position, he stressed.

The Kremlin Spokesman emphasized that Russia is committed, and has a solid intention, to “seriously seek ways towards a long-term peaceful solution.”
