And I saw it the other day, where they were serving me, and they were playing with the mask. I don’t blame them. They’re playing with the mask. They’re touching it, and then they’re touching the plate. That can’t be good.”
COVID-19 Vaccine Contradictions. President TRUMP also contradicted experts at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) on Wednesday, when he promised that he would be able to deliver 100 million doses of the COVID-19 vaccine by the end of the year.
“…We will be able to distribute 100 million doses of vaccine by the end of 2020, and then a very large number after that,” TRUMP said at a White House press conference.
TRUMP’s statements again contradict CDC Director ROBERT REDFIELD, who explained today at a U.S. Senate hearing that the vaccine will be available in November and December. But will be distributed on a limited basis to groups at greatest risk of dying from the virus.
In addition, REDFIELD indicated that Americans will be able to access the vaccine “probably looking at the third, late second quarter, third quarter of 2021.
