SAN ANTONIO, TEXAS.- A Ray of light appears in the world. When the governments of the U.S., Russia and China announce that they will soon, within weeks or months, have a vaccine against the Coronavirus, appreciate the most serious optimists.
In View of the lethal actions of the COVID-19, the President of China, XI JINPING, VLADIMIR PUTIN, President of Russia and DONALD TRUMP, President of the U.S. undertook in their countries, the frontal fight opposed to the Coronavirus.
With the Coronavirus the problem is severe according to World Health Organization. In the Russian Federation, from Jan 31 to 10:35am CEST, 3 August 2020, there have been 850,870 confirmed cases of COVID-19 with 14,128 deaths.
All indications are that China has control of COVID-19 on its territory. In China, from Jan 4 to 10:35am CEST, 3 August 2020, there have been 88,460 confirmed cases of COVID-19 with 4,677 deaths, conforming to WHO data.
While in the U.S., the absence of measures not implemented by the TRUMP government against the COVID-19, is subject to a barrage of criticism, from a significant sector of Americans. Alarms go up of tone. As the following news comes out.
The Curve of new daily cases of coronavirus is flattening out in about 27 U.S. states, as per to CNN, but the numbers continue to be negative. The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) network forecasts that the number of deaths will reach 173,000 by Aug. 22.
So far, more than 154,000 people have died in the U.S. from COVID-19, according to Johns Hopkins University data. More than 4.6 million contracted the disease. Studies being evaluated by the CDC estimate that there will be an average of 1,000 deaths per day over the next month.

On Past Saturday, the Governors Martin Orozco, of Aguascalientes; Miguel Angel Riquelme, of Coahuila; Jose Ignacio Peralta, of Colima; Jose Rosas, of Durango; Diego Sinhue Rodriguez, of Guanajuato; Enrique Alfaro, of Jalisco; Silvano Aureoles, of Michoacan, and Jaime Rodriguez, of Nuevo León are asking for the resignation of Dr. GATELL, as official of Health.
“LORD Molecule” questioned to the President OBRADOR, saying: As you saw the case of Dr. HUGO LOPEZ GATELL, that nine states were asking for his resignation?. Alleging that it looked like a crude campaign from some of Mexico City’s daily newspapers.
The President responded : “ It is a “mistake to say that nine states want” the undersecretary of health to leave, because “there was no consultation” to show that. Also disqualified the media from joining the campaign undertaken by the governors against Lopez-Gatell.”
On Friday, nine of the 32 governors signed a document in which they ask for the immediate exit of the deputy secretary of Prevention and Health Promotion because his strategy “does not work and has cost the lives of tens of thousands of Mexicans.
Mr. OBRADOR pointed out to the newspaper “Reforma” for publishing the news under the title “Lopez-Gatell out, 9 states demand it”.”How is that?. “ They demand nine governors, but not nine states. The state is the complete federal entity. Did they make a consultation in the nine states,” the President questioned.
