The spokesperson for the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs condemned the drone attack carried out by the Ukrainian Armed Forces against civilians in the town of Khory, in the province of Kherson, during New Year’s celebrations, which left at least 24 people dead and more than 50 injured.
