SAN ANTONIO, TEXAS.- If it were a ‘Criminal Tale’ what happens in the Supreme Court of Justice. Where, the Eleven Ministers encourage the plundering of Mexico by covering up for organized crime. It would have similarities with the story of ALI BABA.
A fictional character-according to the Arabic writings of the time-is ALI BABA. In the adventure story, ALI BABA is the hero. And it is one of the most famous stories in The Thousand and One Nights.
After who ALI BABA secretly sees: how the 40 thieves hid their booty in a cave. He immediately went from being a poor woodcutter to becoming a prosperous rich man.
The Thieves’ treasure (loot) was kept in a cave whose ‘mouth’ is magically sealed: it opens with the words “Open up, Sesame!” and closes with “Close up, Sesame”.
Such command of those magic words uses ALI BABA.Thus, he steals riches from the cave, and lives a prosperous life, with your family. The Forty Thieves suspect to ALI BABA.

From the most important national forum in the country, President OBRADOR specified forcefully, saying that the Judiciary is “infected, riddled with corruption”, words that resounded in the National Palace of Mexico, City.
He estimated that the Judicial Power was built “to protect the corrupt and the elites of the country’s economic and political power. That is why these constant legal protections, “there is protection, unfortunately, for common criminals or organized crime and protection for white collar criminals.

Mr. OBRADOR pointed out that as soon as she took office, the presiding minister, in an “extreme formalism, as if they were all-powerful, that they are autonomous, that they can do whatever they want”.
He questioned the role of the Council of the Judiciary that is turned into a vase, an ornament, because it does not perform its function of overseeing, the right proceeding of judges, magistrates and ministers.
He, also, cited the most extreme case when the responsibility of the former Secretary of Public Security, GENARO GARCIA LUNA, was being confirmed in the United States. In Mexico, his wife’s accounts were being unfrozen by a decision of the Judiciary.
One of the Achilles’ heels is nothing less than: the entire judiciary. With its rare exceptions, it has become the great enemy of the Government of the 4 T’s, headed by President OBRADOR, in these four years.
In times of transformation and revolution of consciences in the Aztec country, the Judiciary protects common criminals, organized crime and white collar criminals.
Millions of Mexicans are totally defenseless, in the face of a corrupt Supreme Court of Justice of the nation. Because justice is subjected to the corrupt powerful, who live in absolute impunity.
“…Minister (ARTURO) ZALDÍVAR-according to BUSCAGLIA-should be ashamed of himself. Because, he has contact with other judicial systems in the world. He knows well that -no minimally developed, minimally honest judicial system has the President of the Supreme Court, as President of the Council of the Judiciary (CJF), in the world.”
“…That is a conflict of interest. That is corruption. In the case of Mexico, it is legalized corruption. A President of the SCJN cannot be at the same time in charge of the CJF, the body that has to control the Judges and the Court itself. He would be judge and party. He cannot.”
“…In Mexico there is legalized corruption, because of those two roles that ZALDÍVAR has. And he should be ashamed of himself. And he should give explanations, why he accepts it to be like that,” says EDGARDO BUSCAGLIA, an academic at Columbia University, New York, on diverse forums.
Inexplicably, for the People, The new President of the Court, NORMA PIÑA is following in the footsteps of the then President Minister ARTURO ZALDIVAR, due to the Judiciary protects common criminals, organized crime and white collar criminals, think in Mexico.
