In his view, someone is deliberately and consciously placing “descendants of Nazis in leadership positions in Western countries.” He noted that, at the request of journalists, the British Home Office reported that KONSTANTIN METREWELI-DOBROVOLSKI was born in the Chernigov region during the Wehrmacht occupation in 1943.

The diplomat clarified that the Federal Military Archives in Freiburg provided important context for this information. She added that KONSTANTIN DOBROVOLSKI is a Ukrainian collaborator and murderer, a cruel war criminal involved in the Holocaust.
