SAN ANTONIO, TEXAS.- At Elections Period, President TRUMP does not learn from the last election: When the Democrats take away his House of Representatives. He was in charge of America’s political destiny. But, he had a number of mishaps in his administration.
Now, on the time of the presidential reelection, President TRUMP throws more gasoline, on the fire. To stop the anti-racial protests in different cities, which continue to grow. Which endangers his tenure in the White House, analysts say.
The Troops continue to commit abuses. That is why the mayor of Portland (Oregon), last Friday, asked the President of the United States to remove the federal agents, used by Washington, to suffocate the protests of the ‘Black Lives Matter’ movement.
TED WHEELER commented on videos of masked officers approaching protesters in unmarked cars, and driving them inside, without identifying themselves or explaining the cause of their arrest. WHEELER said at an online press conference, that such actions should shock all Americans.
“…President TRUMP used our city as a stage to promote his political agenda,” said the mayor, who called the President’s “words and actions” and the Department of Homeland Security, an attack on our democracy.”
“…Mr. President, federal agencies should never be used as their own personal army. Do us a favor: keep your troops in their own buildings or get them out of our city.” WHEELER told TRUMP.
Days earlier, Mayor of Chicago, LORI LIGHTFOOT the past 21 July launched on Twitter, a warning at The President TRUMP: “…Under no circumstances will I allow Donald Trump’s troops to come to Chicago, and terrorize our residents.”
Oregon Attorney General ELLEN ROSENBLUM, filed a lawsuit against the federal agents, accusing them of using illegal tactics, and requesting a restraining order.
“…A series of strident new protests over police misconduct rattled cities across the country over the weekend, creating a new dilemma for state and local leaders who had succeeded in easing some of the turbulence in their streets until a showdown over the use of federal agents in Oregon stirred fresh outrage,” report The New York Times, on Monday, 27 July 2020.
The United Nations (UN) denounced the ‘iron fist’ tactics of the U.S. forces of law and order, in the anti-racial protests in Portland, and other U.S. cities.
“…The Tactics affect both demonstrators and the journalists who cover them, pointing in particular to the “discriminatory” use of force, arbitrary arrests and “other violations of their rights”.
“…The Peaceful Demonstrations that have taken place in U.S. cities, such as Portland, really must be able to continue without those who participate in them (…)running the risk of being arbitrarily detained or arrested, being subjected to unnecessary, disproportionate or discriminatory use of force or suffering other violations of their rights,” UN Human Rights Office spokesperson ELIZABETH THROSSELL said last Friday.
In a statement posted on the agency’s website, the spokeswoman also expressed concern about reports of officers in unmarked cars arresting protesters, without explanation.
She told this practice “…Can place detainees outside the protection of the law, and lead to arbitrary detention, and other human rights violations, and announced, that the UN body will issue a guide on next Wednesday covering issues such as physical and online protests, public order and the work of the media”.
The Words of MARCUS TULLIUS CICERO, a statesman in Ancient Rome: “…Fit together to launch a reflection”. CICERO said: “…Force and Fraud as belonging to the powerful lion, and the cunning fox, respectively. Both being totally unworthy of man.”
For CICERO, “… No Cruelty could be convenient, because cruelty is most abhorrent to human nature”. CICERO (born 106 BCE, Arpinum, Latium (now Arpino, Italy), died December 7, 43 BCE, Formiae, Latium (now Formia), was Roman Statesman, Lawyer, Scholar, and Writer.
