San ANTONIO, TEXAS.- DONALD TRUMP, U.S. President said on Tuesday that he is “open” to dialogue with his Venezuelan counterpart, NICOLAS MADURO, after assuring that he is also willing to do so, as long as Washington behaves within the limits imposed by international law.
