SAN ANTONIO, TEXAS.- In the Democratic Tradition of Mexico, the Electors decide over the Executive Power and Legislative. However, they never have decided on power Judicial. It is a power detached to Mexican people, until date, consider the specialists in Law. And they describe:

“…On October 17, 1953, ADOLFO RUIZ CORTINES -already president of the nation- published in the Official Journal of the Federation a decree announcing the enactment of the constitutional reforms, granting women the right to vote, and be voted for popularly elected positions.”

Within a great current of national opinion of Mexicans (experts and people), they ask: Why is the judicial branch not subject to the decision of the people through the vote, while the executive and legislative branches are?. Because, the injustice since decades ago, are very commons, in Mexico.
Focusing their criticisms on, which they explain: “…What is the intention of Minister JUAN LUIS GONZALEZ ALCANTARA CARRANCA to cloud the GARCIA CABEZA DE VACA Case. By preventing the FGR from implement an arrest warrant against the PAN Governor of Tamaulipas?.”
“….What is the help of FAUSTINO GUTIERREZ PEREZ, head of the Eighth District Court based in Reynosa, in stopping for the moment the arrest warrant issued by Judge IVAN AARON ZEFERIN HERNANDEZ at the request of the Attorney General’s Office, in the combat to Organized Crime?.”
“…Why judges RODRIGO DE LA PEZA LOPEZ FIGUEROA, and JUAN PABLO GOMEZ FIERRO, simulate independence by granting legal protection to companies against the Electricity Reform, promoted by President ANDRES MANUEL LOPEZ OBRADOR.?:”
“…Is this the way Judge JUAN MATEO BRIEBA DE CASTRO, who protects members of the CONACYT Case, which according to the Attorney General’s Office is a criminal matter, to solve the monstrous corruption, which -it smells- in the CONACYT Case?.”
“…The Wards of Minister President ARTURO ZALDIVAR: JUAN LUIS GONZALEZ ALCANTARA CARRANCA, FAUSTINO GUTIERREZ PEREZ, RODRIGO DE LA PEZA LOPEZ FIGUEROA, JUAN PABLO GOMEZ FIERRO and JUAN MATEO BRIEBA DE CASTRO, affect to Mexican people, severely”.
For example, after the government of JOE BIDEN asked its citizens not to travel to Tamaulipas because the violence. An armed commando creates a great terror in Reynosa, leaving 15 civilians dead. CABEZA DE VACA is accused by the FGR of organized crime. Who is being held responsible for this?
