San Diego, CALIFORNIA.- GHISLAINE MAXWELL, JEFFREY EPSTEIN’s former partner and convicted accomplice, has refused to testify before members of the U.S. House of Representatives, invoking her right under the Fifth Amendment to the U.S. Constitution.
